| SNYDER: The Questa Group, Angusfire &
Geo_Teach have populated Snyder, TX with a dozen or so (as of 4 Jun
06) great caches which provide a wonderful tour of the city.
It is a nice drive and none of the caches are very physically demanding... which is nice to
not have a twisted ankle on the drive back to Abilene. |

| On the way to Snyder, be sure to pick up the caches at Lake
Sweetwater & in the town of Sweetwater as well as the couple or so
scattered on the back roads. Also recommend the route thru
Dunn (HWY 208 north of Colorado City) and the 2 caches in that
little community. After hitting the caches in Snyder, you
might want to drive NW on HW 84 a while and do the Angels Wings,
Making Wind and Rattlesnake Rumble caches (and the few along the
route) before turning around. The drive to those three caches
ends you at a beautiful view. |
